KIAP is first of its kind in the country.  Experts from the field are also involved in designing in the Park and so all care for the industry have been given in formulating the Park. The State is investor friendly and the Government is pro-industry.

Single Window Clearance System operating in the Park will take care all clearances.  One has to approach the Park centre for all licences.This system is effectively opeating in the Park and the entrepreneurs comment on this system

Effluent Treatment Plant is commissioned for treating wash water from the units inside the park

Construction of working womens's hostel with initial capacity of 512 inmates is in progress.

The Park is made green with land scaping and tree planting.It is made more efficient with its storm water harvest system.

M/s All India Handloom Fabrics Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd., (Owner of All India
Handloom and Nippon Apparels) have taken possession of land for three units to set up integrated garment manufacturing.

Leading exporters from Bangalore,Middle East have shown interest.
